 For over twenty years, Richard has represented the interests of California’s water and telecommunications customers in regulatory proceedings. He received his Master of Science in Financial Management from the Daniels School of Business at Purdue University and his bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the Johns Hopkins University.  Richard lives in Martinez, California with his wife and three children, where he coaches youth lacrosse and repairs antique accordions.
