What should regulators and advocates consider when deciding who will build public EV charging infrastructure?

Utilities are bringing proposals to build public electric vehicle charging infrastructure before the public utility commissions in each state. States must decide whether utilities should be allowed to build and possibly rate base public charging infrastructure. States must also decide how to address the wholesale relationship between utilities and independent companies that also want to build public charging infrastrure. This final webinar in the NASUCA EV Infrastructure series begins to explore how Commissioners might view these questions, and how advocates might respond. This webinar will serve as the precursor to the live dialog at the NASUCA Annual Meeting, Sunday, November 12, 2017 at 1:00 eastern.
