Hoover
Christine Maloni Hoover joined the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer
Advocate (OCA) in 1987. During her tenure at the OCA, Ms. Hoover has
worked on all aspects of utility law and regulation. Currently, she
oversees consumer education and small water and wastewater cases as
well as works on policy issues as a senior assistant consumer advocate.
Ms. Hoover received a bachelor’s degree from the University
of Pennsylvania and a juris doctor from American University's Washington
College of Law.
