MEETINGS: Chairman Spenard sets up the meetings based on attendance, Please see Explanation below:

Because I want to try to get as many people involved as possible/reasonable, I use Meeting Wizard to poll the group and schedule the meetings (with two potential) dates for each teleconference.

As a general rule, the window for a call is a start time no earlier than 1:00 p.m. eastern and no later than 3:00 p.m. eastern.  Also, we schedule the calls about a month in advance.)

The NASUCA Water Committee reviews state and federal policies impacting consumers' water service. The water committee also exchanges information about rate cases and other cases and policies involving water companies.
