Nick Gumer
Nick Gumer has been with the Office of the People’s Counsel
(DC-OPC) since 1987. Prior to joining DC-OPC, he was a Public Utilities
Supervisor at the Alabama Public Service Commission. Gumer works with
the Litigation Division of the Office on accounting and financial
issues and he has presented testimonies on these issues before the
Public Service Commission. He is also a chairman of the NASUCA Tax
and Accounting Committee. Gumer holds Master’s degree from the
Samford University.
